This superb apartment is located on the second floor inside a palazzo located at San Basilio; it is 140 sq. metres (1,556 sq. ft) and it has access to a communal garden of approx. 1,000 sq. metres (11,111 sq. ft), featuring a fountain and ancient statues (see picture above).
The apartment has its own private docking bay for arrivals by boat; it has two large double bedrooms and a lounge with two sofa beds which, if needed, can accommodate two more people. It also features a dining room with TV set, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen (with microwave and electric kettle) and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
