This is a two-storey apartment of approx. 65 sq metres (723 sq. ft) located near Campo SS Giovanni e Paolo, a 5-minute walk to St. Mark's Square.
The apartment has its own private entrance, lounge/dining room with a sofa bed which, if needed, could accommodate two extra people. It has a charming kitchenette, fully equipped with utensils, fridge, cooker and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom. The whole apartment is heated by an independent system all around. This apartment is ideal for a couple and a child.
