Guided tours and gondola rides

With its network of canals and lack of roads, Venice is very dissimilar to any other city in the world and probably the best full sized labyrinth in the world. Once you have settled down in your new accommodation, it is time to get acquainted with the city and its islands. We have a large network of established and qualified tour guides, covering a variety of European, Asian and Arabic languages. And our prices have been frozen since 2003!

This very popular tour includes:
- a 3 hours walking tour of Venice
- a traditional Venetian snack at a popular osteria
- a gondola ride (lasting 45 minutes)
Prices for the year 2007: €310 for two, €370 for four and €430 for 6 people. Other quotes on request.

We offer a 1 hour tour on a private boat, escorted by a local guide, along the Grand Canal. Departures and arrivals are at St Mark's Square. The boat will take you along the Canale della Giudecca, reach Piazzale Roma and the rail station and return via the Grand Canal passing by historical buildings and famous locations like the Rialto bridge. Prices from €155

Venice is also famous for its glass and lace. These products are manufactured in Murano and Burano. We will escort you to these islands by private boat and, once at destination, we guide you to the best glass shops and give you advice should you wish to purchase some of the local products. Prices start from €465 - for a family - taking the half day tour.

... or you can opt for the more comprehensive tour covering the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. The half-day tour includes the transfer from Venice to Murano by private boat, guided tour of the island, transfer to Burano (a small fishing village), transfer to Torcello for a visit to Attila throne and lunch in a luxurious restaurant.
