This penthouse of approx. 86 sq. metres (956 sq. ft) is located on the 2nd floor; part of a much larger apartment, the ground floor is occupied by the landlady, who from time to time will check on you and make the odd cup of Italian coffee. The penthouse is made of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (picture on the left), a second double bedroom and a twin room with bathroom. The large living lounge gives access to the balcony: the views are impressive and it can be use for having breakfast on a warm day.
All rooms have just been renovated, decorated with great taste and pieces of Venetian art. Fully air conditioned for the summer or centrally heated for those colder days. The double bedroom does not have a bathroom and therefore it can only be rented in conjunction with the master bedroom. There is no kitchen, but the surrounding area has a plethora of small cafes and restaurants, often used by the local residents.
It is not recommended to people with walking difficulties, due to the lack of elevator. This apartment can accommodate up to 2 couples and two singles.
